About the role: From September 2022, Longfield Academy has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious teacher to join us as Head of Department - Business and Economics. This is an excellent position for a first step into leadership, supported by a strong Director of Learning and experienced department. Our successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop and demonstrate leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team who achieve excellent results. You will join an established and successful department with a collaborative and dedicated team who achieve excellent results. We have a high uptake of the subjects at all key stages.
