Reporting to the Director of English and Literacy, the successful applicant will:

• be an excellent teacher and leader
• have a strong and proven track record of public examination success
• have a strong record of raising pupil achievement at all key stages
• have a strong and sustained record of leading teaching and learning and developing staff
