Rivington and Blackrod High School are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Head of English to lead our English department and drive excellent teaching and outcomes for all students. As part of Leverhulme Trust, we are committed to high expectations, strong relationships and ensuring every student can succeed.
The Trust has appointed a Director of English and this is an exciting opportunity to work alongside them in developing the English Department.
We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner with the leadership skills to inspire colleagues, promote high standards and develop a strong, collaborative department. If you are a passionate and ambitious English leader ready to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.
