Head of Faculty - Art, Design & Technology job summary

Aston Community Education Trust are a forward thinking and ambitious multi-academy trust, comprising of three secondary academies and nine junior academies across the Rotherham, Sheffield and North Derbyshire areas.

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and hard-working professional who is passionate about teaching ADT with the ability to teach Construction at KS4 and lead the ADT Faculty to secure an outstanding, ambitious quality of education which will improve the learning and achievement for all our students. You will be instrumental in inspiring and developing the faculty as well as raising standards and improving the life chances of our young people. We are looking to recruit a leader who wants to inspire, is excited by learning and has a desire to further develop a career within an ambitious Multi-Academy Trust.

The post-holder will, with support, lead the ADT faculty to secure high-quality teaching, the effective use of resources and improved standards of learning, progress and achievement for all students.
