  • Champion inclusion and widen participation for learners from diverse communities.
  • Develop curriculum provision that responds to local, regional and national priorities.
  • Build strong partnerships with schools, employers, community organisations and key stakeholders.
  • Create a culture where colleagues thrive and learners exceed expectations.

Your leadership will help shape the future of education across Wiltshire and beyond.

  • Drive quality improvements that deliver exceptional learner achievement and progression.
  • Ensure teaching, learning and assessment consistently meet the highest standards.
  • Develop innovative curriculum pathways aligned to local skills priorities and learner demand.
  • Use data and performance insight to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams through inspirational leadership and coaching.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and learner-centred practice.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for education.

You will have:

  • A recognised teaching qualification at Level 5 or above.
  • Significant leadership experience within Further Education or a comparable setting.
  • A proven track record of improving quality, learner outcomes and curriculum performance.
  • Experience leading English, Maths and/or ESOL provision.
