What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified Head of Design Technology & Food with the energy, vision, and commitment to lead the department and teach pupils of all ages and abilities up to and including GCSE. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of a strong and effective department within our successful all-through school. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of an ambitious, inclusive, and engaging curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, combining strategic leadership, curriculum development, and high-quality teaching to ensure excellent outcomes for all students. We are looking for a candidate who can inspire both pupils and staff, foster creativity and innovation within the curriculum, and make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school.
