What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Head of Food Technology to join our friendly team. You will relish the opportunity to stretch and challenge our students and will be able to teach a across KS3-KS5.
This post is suitable for an experienced teacher to develop and lead this popular subject. It is a key role for someone who is committed to inspiring and motivating students’, encouraging healthy eating and food preparation as a life skill alongside personal development opportunities. The Food room is well equipped and you will be joining a friendly and hard-working team, supported by an experienced Food Technician.
You will work closely with the Curriculum Team Leader to continue to develop this successful department. We need an individual with outstanding teaching and leadership qualities who is committed to helping young people achieve and can inspire staff to go that extra mile
