Frome College is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Head of Geography. We invite applications from dedicated, dynamic, and innovative Geography Faculty Leaders, as well as experienced and aspiring Subject Leaders seeking the next step in their careers. An ability to teach A Level is essential. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about guiding their team to excel in both student attainment and assessment, focusing on implementing and enhancing systems to elevate overall standards.
The successful candidate will:
- be an outstanding Teacher.
- have the ability to teach A Level.
- have a passion for their subject and helping students succeed.
- teach inspirational lessons consistently.
- be innovative, creative, enthusiastic – able to deliver results.
- be proactive and promote positivity.
