Kingsley Academy is seeking an exceptional Head of Geography to lead our forward-thinking and dedicated department, inspiring the next generation of geographers.

The Role

As Head of Geography, you will provide strategic leadership and effective management of a collaborative team. With a strong commitment to academic excellence, you will ensure all students receive an outstanding education, develop a deep understanding of the world, and achieve success across Key Stages 4 and 5.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A proven record of delivering outstanding Geography lessons and strong student outcomes
* Leadership skills and the ability to inspire, support, and develop others
* Creativity and strategic thinking to develop and enrich the Geography curriculum
* Strong organisational abilities and a collaborative leadership style
