What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a motivated Head of Girls PE to join our dynamic
PE Faculty team who work collaboratively to support and share ideas, to develop
student learning and drive results. They
are also responsible for organising a wide range of extra-curricular sporting
activities and fixtures. Our PE
facilities consist of a £3million sports hall facility
with Astroturf, MUGA and state of the art gym.

Trinity School in Newbury, West Berkshire, is the lead school in the Newbury Academy Trust; Fir Tree Primary School and Speenhamland Primary School are part of our Trust. We provide an exciting and innovative curriculum for students, as well as many exciting enrichment opportunities. We are committed to CPD and life-long learning, providing many opportunities and benefits for staff development across the Trust, in research and in our growing training teachers’ programme.
We are a comprehensive school, established in 1999, located on the Northern edge of Newbury. We became an Academy in August 2012. There are over 1100 students on roll, including 140 students in the Sixth Form. Students come from North Newbury, particularly the areas of Speen, Shaw and Turnpike as well as the west of Thatcham and the village of Cold Ash.
