What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivational individual to lead our History team, providing leadership during the maternity leave of the existing post-holder.

You should be an enthusiastic and motivational individual who is an excellent classroom practitioner, capable of delivering high quality lessons in either History. You should have the ability to lead a team of colleagues with a proven track record of supporting students to be highly successful at all levels, achieving excellent outcomes at GCSE and A-Level.
