HEAD OF HOUSE
REQUIRED FROM SEPTEMBER 2022

We are looking for a well-qualified, enthusiastic, outstanding teacher who wishes to be a pastoral leader responsible for one of our five Houses. You will have responsibility for the pastoral care, guidance and support of students across years 7 to 11 and will lead a team of dedicated tutors in raising achievement, engagement, and establishing House identity.
The Carlton Academy is a ‘good’ and over-subscribed 11-18 academy and part of the Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
