The role:
Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic and supportive individual? If so, Barr Beacon School may have the perfect opportunity for you. Our Head of House PAs provide pastoral and administrative support in a fast-paced working environment. They play a key role in facilitating the day-to-day clerical support working closely with the Head of House.
Some of the main responsibilities of the role include first day absence calls, attending parental meetings to take notes and maintaining pupil records.
About you:
You will play an important part in the school community, providing support to both staff and pupils to a professional standard. Your skills will include:
Having at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths;
Being experienced in working in similar administrative roles;
Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong IT skills;
Having the ability to handle highly confidential information.
