What skills and experience we're looking for
- A subject relevant degree PGCE/QTS or equivalent
- Excellent working knowledge of the History and/or Geography and/or RE National Curriculum
- Expert subject knowledge of the subject specialism the candidate is trained to teach in, and their relevant exam boards
- A track record of excellent student outcomes in the candidate's subject specialism
- Experience of working with children who have English as an Additional Language
- The ability to reflect on your own practice and welcome professional development
- Respect for and willingness to promote the school’s ethos and values
