What skills and experience we're looking for
As Head of the Humanities department you will be responsible for providing leadership and management whilst helping improve the quality of teaching and learning to ensure all teaching is of a high-quality; that your department can incorporate and effectively utilize meaningful resources, and that your team can consistently improve the standards of learning and achievements for all of our pupils through reflective practice.
