The role

Kettering Buccleuch Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious Head of IT. We have a rare opportunity for a committed Head of IT to join us on a permanent contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader to shape and develop the curriculum across the academy.

About You

You will have Qualified Teacher Status. You’re an inspiring practitioner with the ability to achieve success within a secondary school setting. You will have the ability to consistently deliver ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’ lessons. You will have good interpersonal skills, sound behaviour management skills and have the highest expectations for what our students can achieve.

You will be able to form and maintain appropriate professional relationships with students and adults working in the school. You will enjoy the challenge of contributing positively to the work, ethos and values of the school and be willing to go above and beyond in this important role.
