What You’ll Be Leading:- Strategic IT Vision: Develop and deliver Trust-wide digital strategies that empower learning and streamline operations.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee infrastructure, helpdesk, procurement, and vendor management with a customer-first mindset.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Champion safe, secure, and compliant systems aligned with DfE, GDPR, and safeguarding standards.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, delivering CPD and driving continuous improvement.
- Innovation & Growth: Lead digital transformation projects and onboard new academies into our Trust-wide systems.
- Proven leadership in IT strategy and operations
- Strong technical expertise across networks, systems, and cloud services
