What You’ll Be Leading:
  • Strategic IT Vision: Develop and deliver Trust-wide digital strategies that empower learning and streamline operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee infrastructure, helpdesk, procurement, and vendor management with a customer-first mindset.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Champion safe, secure, and compliant systems aligned with DfE, GDPR, and safeguarding standards.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, delivering CPD and driving continuous improvement.
  • Innovation & Growth: Lead digital transformation projects and onboard new academies into our Trust-wide systems.
