Our unique leadership structure ensures that the successful candidate will be fully supported to take the lead and autonomy in driving future success whilst providing the overall leadership and management of the Junior School. The successful candidate will benefit from the support of an experienced Executive Headteacher, Federation SENDCO, Director of Teaching and Learning and a Head of School in our Infant School who mirrors the same role and responsibilities as this post.

We are looking for a person with the ability to build capacity in staff – you must be personable and committed to building excellent relationships with all key stakeholders. Experience working within Key Stage Two is essential, although this need not be within your most current role.
