Head of Key Stage 5 job summary

We are seeking a highly driven and passionate Head of Key Stage 5 who can demonstrate exceptional professional practice and student outcomes.

The leader for post 16 provision will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the sixth form, the academic progress and pastoral welfare of the sixth form students and the operation of systems and processes for the effective management of the sixth form.

Our Trust comprises of seven seconary schools and six primary schools across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

The closing date for applications is midday on Wednesday 3rd June 2026.

Interviews will be held week commencing Monday 8th June 2026.
