Head of Learning Area for Mathematics job summary

MVPA are currently seeking an outstanding leader and practitioner who is ready to join the Extended Leadership Team and lead a Learning Area. The Learning Area achieves consistently excellent outcomes and is renowned for its collaborative and friendly staff who are at the forefront of teaching and learning. We are looking for someone with the vision, grit and academic acumen to continue the department’s success. The successful applicant will be a motivated team player, committed to the ethos of the Federation, well organised and energetic. Passionate about ensuring all students achieve, they will hold QTS, be able to demonstrate their ability to teach at all key stages, ensuring that all students achieve to the best of their ability.
