Job description

Applications are welcome from well-qualified ambitious teachers with leadership skills as well as those currently running a department. An assistant head role may be available to a suitably qualified applicant.

Secure knowledge and understanding of the concepts and skills required for the teaching of Mathematics and leading the development of curriculum.

Degree in a Mathematics Discipline

- QTS status
- Degree in a Mathematics Discipline

About Walsall Academy

Walsall Academy in Bloxwich, Walsall opened in September 2003. The student enrolment is around 1300 with approximately 320 students in the Sixth Form. The School is one of a number of City Academies established in England prior to the expansion of the Academies Programme in 2010 and was originally sponsored by The Mercers’ Company of the City of London and Thomas Telford School. We are now a founder school in the Thomas Telford Multi Academy Trust.
