The Role: Visionary Leadership & Teaching
As the Head of Maths, you will be the driving force behind a department that consistently strives for high achievement. You will lead a talented team of specialists, fostering a culture of collaborative planning and professional growth.
Strategic Leadership:
Shape the curriculum at KS3, KS4, and KS5 (A-Level), ensuring it is challenging, inclusive, and forward-thinking.
Academic Excellence: Use data effectively to track progress and implement interventions that ensure every student reaches their full
Maths in the Sixth Form.
Team Development: Mentor and support staff within the faculty, promoting best practices in pedagogy and assessment.
