What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Head of Mathematics or Second in Charge looking to take the next step in their career by leading our Mathematics Department. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for Mathematics, able to inspire both students and colleagues alike and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of teaching and learning.

- Has a strong proven record of success and has made significant contribution to raising standards and outcomes.
- Demonstrates proven leadership skills and experience of leading a team.
- Has the ability to motivate and develop the pedagogy and practice of others.

Mulberry Academy Shoreditch is a successful 11-19 mixed academy located in East London. The academy joined the Mulberry Schools Trust family on 1st September 2018, and it is a privilege to take up the new position of Executive Principal at this exciting stage in the academy’s development. I bring over 15 years of successful leadership experience in an inner London setting and I have high expectations for everyone within the academy’s community.
