Cromwell Community College, part of the Active Learning Trust, is a thriving and ambitious all-through school (ages 4-18), committed to excellence in education. We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Head of Mathematics to lead our successful and supportive Mathematics Faculty. This is a unique opportunity to shape the department’s future and contribute to the college’s drive towards becoming outstanding.

The Role:

  • Lead and inspire a talented team of teachers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop and implement an all-through curriculum in collaboration with primary colleagues.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in teaching and learning across the faculty.
  • Support and enhance GCSE and A-Level outcomes while fostering a love of mathematics.
