Due to the successful career progression of our current Head of Maths, The Carlton Academy is looking to appoint a Head of Maths to provide professional leadership and management of this highly successful curriculum area working in close partnership with the SLT line manager and the Trust Director of Maths.

The Carlton Academy is a ‘good’ and over-subscribed 11-18academy and is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
