A superb and exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, committed and enthusiastic teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to lead these subject at Trinity High School and Sixth Form Centre.It is ideal for candidate to be able to teach both French and Spanish.
You will provide these subjects with sharp and focused leadership, developing the quality of teaching and ensuring high quality learning takes place. The Head of Department will also ensure that outstanding attainment and progress are secured at all Key Stages. Our new Head of MFL will be responsible for the ongoing effectiveness and development of your curriculum, where you will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher, Quality of Education to develop and review your curriculum offer for Modern Foreign Languages. To allow you to do this, you will be fully supported and will have the opportunity to collaborate with both your own department and other leaders on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for creating a happy, dynamic, innovative culture and ensuring all staff are performing to an outstanding standard and are happy and motivated in doing so.
