What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit an exceptional individual to the role of Head of Music in an extremely successful department.
You will line manage a dedicated, committed and hardworking team. The successful candidate will be:

- Have a high level of professionalism;
* Able to lead and inspire staff and students at all levels;

Claverham Community College is situated on the outskirts of the historic town of Battle in East Sussex. The College grounds incorporate land which belonged formerly to the Battle Abbey Estate and are immediately adjacent to the site of the Battle of Hastings.
