Head of Music job summary
We are seeking a Head of Music to join our team. This role is central to our mission of academic excellence, requiring a practitioner who uses data-driven insights to inform lesson planning and targeted interventions, and a candidate who has a genuine passion for the arts.
As a Head of Department at Pix Brook Academy, you will lead the evolution of music schemes of learning, ensuring a high-quality experience across all key stages. You will be responsible for monitoring student development, maintaining high standards of discipline, and contributing to the wider Academy Improvement Plan.
