What skills and experience we're looking for
Tinsley Meadows Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an experiencedHead of Pastoralwho canconfidently work passionatelyto manage, co-ordinate and provide a complimentary service to existing teachers and pastoral staff in schools, addressing the needs of the children who need help to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside the school in order to achieve their full potential.

You will:
Have 2-3 years’ experience of working with families, in a supportive capacity
Be educated toat leastNVQ level 3 / 4 or equivalent
Have a clean, fulldrivers’licence
Have a commitment to on-going personal and professional development.
Have an interest in and a strong commitment to supporting children’s,developmentand well-being
Be caring and compassionate, treating children,familiesand colleagues with respect as individuals.Uphold the ethical principles and code of conduct.
