Head of Performing Arts job summary

The Birley Academy are seeking an inspiring, exciting and energetic individual to build a brilliant performing arts department! You will be ready to take on a small department and grow it into an outstanding team where performance and talent are recognised and celebrated. You will be keen to develop school performance, from small events to whole school shows, with the full backing of the leadership team!

You will be ready to enthuse pupils of the delights of music, drama, and performance, and develop the essential skills of management and creativity.
