What skills and experience we're looking for

Due to the increasing popularity of this Academy, the student population is growing and we are looking to expand and enhance our remarkable team of teachers to meet the demand of our community.

We are looking for a Head of PSHCE and Religious Studies, someone who is an outstanding PSHCE and Religious Studies Specialist with excellent Leadership skills. We want someone who is a proven teacher, who has driven up attainment and progress in PSHCE and Religious Studies, who will provide strategic and operational subject leadership within the Humanities department and raise attainment and achievement at all key stages in PSHCE and Religious Studies.

This is a key role for the Academy, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about PSHCE and Religious Studies, who really wants to make a difference. We are also seeking someone who is ambitious, for both themselves, and their students, who would want to make their mark and then seek further promotion opportunities.
