Head of Religious Studies & Philosophy job summary

We are seeking an inspirational teacher to be Head of Religious Studies & Philosophy within our Humanities Department from January 2020 and to teach across the age and ability range up to A Level. We wish to appoint a dynamic teacher with excellent curriculum knowledge, someone who consistently models excellent practice and has students' progress at the forefront of their teaching. Coombe Boys’ is a popular and highly successful non-selective 11 – 18 school that is federated with its partner girls’ school to comprise the Coombe Academy Trust, based in New Malden, Surrey. Coombe Boys’ has approximately 900 students on roll, including a mixed sixth form.
