Job Title: Head of Rugby
Terms: Annualised Hours Contract - 1000 hours per annum
Annual hours is a flexible working option where you are paid for the total number of hours worked over a set period, inclusive of annual leave, bank holidays and extra statutory days, although the actual weekly hours worked may vary to account for busy and quiet periods.
Salary: NJC Grade F, scp 24-28

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Trust at Ivybridge Community College.
The post of Head of Rugby is responsible for the development, direction, leadership and oversight of Rugby Programmes for Ivybridge Community College.
The Head of Rugby is responsible for the coaching of rugby to teams of students at Ivybridge Community College, from the planning, implementation of coaching sessions through to team selection and organisation of matches. This forms part of the specialist Sports Academy provision of Ivybridge Community College which strives to provide excellence, building engagement and participation, and representation at the highest competition levels.
