What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking a committed and passionate Behaviour Assistant to work within our large pastoral team at Marine Academy. You will be a key part of large team working with our students to ensure that their behaviour and mindset are exactly where we need them to be in order for them to succeed. This is a very rewarding role where you will have the ability to positively impact on our students in a proactive and positive manner. Student behaviour at Marine Academy is exemplary. Our leaders do not tolerate any form of disrespect, and this standard is upheld across the school. Students are exceptionally polite and are expected to greet every adult they pass and demonstrate genuine courtesy towards one another. We maintain the very highest expectations of conduct, supported by robust and well-established systems that ensure students meet these expectations every day. Rudeness towards staff or peers is not permitted under any circumstances, and students understand the importance of contributing to a calm, respectful and highly focused learning environment.
