We are looking for an exceptional teacher and leader with a real desire to be involved in school improvement.
The First Federation Trust is seeking to appoint a Head of School for Mary Dean’s CE Primary School & Nursery. The school is situated in the village of Tamerton Foliot and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and the Tamar estuary, as well as being close to the city of Plymouth.
The Head of School is the educational leader of the school whose core focus is the quality of teaching and learning and works within a highly supportive leadership structure. Collaboration between schools within the Trust, has a significant impact on teaching and learning and school improvement.
We are seeking to appoint someone who wants to make a difference for children, hone and develop their leadership skills and work in a distributed leadership system. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high performing Multi Academy Trust.
