Head of School job summary
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head of School who will actively maintain, strengthen and expand the positive links between the school and our wider local community. The successful candidate will value and promote meaningful engagement with parents, carers, local organisations, and community stakeholders to enrich the educational experience of all pupils. You will play a key role in ensuring the school remains a welcoming, outward-facing and inclusive environment where partnerships flourish and contribute to pupils’ personal and academic development.

Posts working with either children and/or vulnerable adults will be subject to the disclosure of criminal records, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check. Moggerhanger Primary School have decided to carry out online searches for shortlisted candidates as part of due diligence in our recruitment process, (as per KCSIE, paragraph 220).
