The Head of School will assist the Executive Headteacher to lead, motivate and inspire pupils, staff, parents, and work alongside the Methodist church and the wider community, to ensure every pupil is confident in themselves, is respectful of others, achieves well and gains the skills and knowledge to succeed in life and at work.

As a senior leader within the Epworth Education Trust, the Head of School, together with the Executive Headteacher and Local Advisory Board (LAB), will be responsible for establishing and implementing the vision and direction for the school. Demonstrating inspirational leadership and creativity to ensure that Epworth Education Trust’s ethos and values are deeply embedded and visible amongst pupils and staff, and that the school enables everyone to be the very best they can be.
