The Trust is now seeking a candidate with a clear vision for the future and the skills and resilience to implement that vision. The post provides a great opportunity to lead a small, 3-11, nurturing school in a caring community village just a few miles outside York, with the support of a forward thinking Trust.

What we offer:
• A clear commitment to ensuring high educational standards for all pupils.
• A supportive culture where colleagues can flourish and thrive.
• Opportunities for staff to develop their own career pathways, alongside the provision of high-quality education and resources.
• Access to a skilled, professional Central Support Team which works closely with the Hope Sentamu Learning Trust schools to offer support with day-to-day operations, finance, human resources and school improvement.
• A Trust which promotes and enables collaboration and teamwork to support improvements.

What you offer:
• You will be committed to ensuring that all pupils are able to thrive through high quality provision and an inclusive approach.
• You will have the experience, expertise and commitment to take the school forward on the next stage of its school improvement journey.
• You will have experience of driving ambitious standards for all pupils, overcoming disadvantage and advancing equality.
• You will have experience of instilling a strong sense of accountability in staff for the impact of their work on pupils’ outcomes
• You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to supporting the wider community to deliver the very best education and transform the lives of all young people.

The Trust’s values, Respect, Teamwork and Kindness, underpin the vision ‘Life in all its fullness – a place to thrive’ and are central to all Trust activities and aims. We would welcome applications from existing and aspiring Primary school leaders who share the same vision.

The salary is dependent on current qualifications and experience, please see the attached job description for more information.
