What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to recruit a Head of Schools to lead our two schools and nursery of The Exmoor Federation in Dulverton. The role reports to the Executive Head Teacher (The Exmoor Federation & The Moorland Federation).
Specifically, we are looking for a Head of Schools who:
- has a breadth of experience across early years and primary ages
- is able to demonstrate effective leadership and management skills
- has the ability and passion to deliver an innovative and creative curriculum
- is fully supportive and committed to the aims and ethos of a Church of England school
- is able to inspire, motivate and mentor staff to share in developing the best teaching and learning
- is committed to maintaining and nurturing our schools’ positive partnership with parents, the church, parish, diocese, our partner The Moorland Federation and the wider community
