We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, dynamic, and forward-thinking Head of Science to lead our specialist and committed Science faculty/department. The successful candidate will provide clear strategic direction, drive continued improvement in teaching and learning, and build on the strong foundations already in place to further improve outcomes for all learners. You will bring energy, vision, and a proven commitment to high-quality education. You will be an inspiring classroom practitioner with the ability to motivate both students and staff, and you will demonstrate a track record of recent success and positive impact, including experience of leadership or the clear capacity to lead.
