In addition, our large, supervised Independent Study area is purposefully designed to foster scholarship; it is consistently well-used by students to consolidate learning, complete wider reading, and prepare effectively for examinations.

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Head of Sixth Form (TLR 1B) to implement and sustain this culture of excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards, overseeing results and progression processes, and ensuring our Sixth Form continues to flourish as a centre of aspiration, inclusivity and achievement.

Shortlisted candidates will also be required to bring their current DBS certificate with them to interview. References from the previous and current employer (Headteacher) will be requested and appointments can only be made upon receipt of satisfactory references and a newly applied for Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check from the Disclosure and Barring Services.
