Senior Leader Pay Scale LDR 15-23 (£50,383 - £55,609)
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious individual who will promote and contribute to the continued development of our sixth form provision. We have approximately 230 students in the sixth form, who are overseen by the Head of Sixth Form, supported by the Deputy Head of Sixth Form and a Pastoral Support Team. Teaching commitment (no preference for subject offered) is likely to be around 0.5 FTE
Our desire to be one of the very top non-selective, comprehensive sixth forms nationally continues with great enthusiasm and this appointment is a key factor in ensuring that we achieve that ambition. We hope our application pack will give you a better understanding of The Burgate School and Sixth Form and encourage you to apply.
Interviews for this position will be held on Wednesday 7 July 2021.
Disclaimer You are advised to submit your applications as soon as possible because we reserve the right to close a vacancy earlier than the advertised date if we have received sufficient applications that meet the given criteria.
