What skills and experience we're looking for
The Willink seeks to appoint a dynamic, motivated and effective individual as Head of Sixth Form.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to raising achievement and a belief in the ability of all students to achieve and thrive. They will be able to demonstrate clear strategic thinking and a good understanding of the current educational landscape. Working with supportive colleagues, the successful candidate will have oversight of our Sixth Form Centre and facilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance the Sixth Form whilst gaining valuable experience and support for their own leadership aspirations
