Head of Subject- Music job summary
We are looking for an excellent Head Of Music, TLR 2b, to join our team in January 2022 and help us transform the lives of children. This is an opportunity to join the middle-leadership of a school where the ambition is a simple one: to become the highest performing school in the UK within the next few years. We serve the best children in the country and they deserve and will receive, a world class education. We passionately believe that every child should leave us being able to play a musical instrument and we will invest heavily in additional tutoring to make this the case.
You will need to be a subject specialist and have a proven track record of leading excellent outcomes in this area. Music and the Performing Arts are hugely important to the future of the school and we are very passionate about their further development. This is the opportunity to lead a Music department that is ready to achieve great things. This is an excellent pathway to senior leadership and you will be eligible to be part of first class CPD, including our own leadership coaching and the SW100 programme.
