What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, strategic and forward-thinking leader to join Nexus Multi Academy Trust as Head of Transformation.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving transformational change, organisational improvement and strategic delivery across the Trust. The successful candidate will lead Trust-wide initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness, maximise value, support sustainable growth and deliver measurable impact for our schools and communities.

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the Trust, the postholder will provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad portfolio including organisational improvement, projects, procurement, contracts, assets and service development. The role will play a vital part in shaping innovative, sustainable and high-quality services that support the Trust’s long-term ambitions.

We are looking for an ambitious and values-driven leader with strong strategic thinking, a proven ability to lead change and deliver impact, and a passion for innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
