- To maintain excellent records of intervention, supporting the graduated approach to pastoral support
- To address matters that arise skillfully and promptly with academic work, behaviour, attendance, attitude, standards and engagement
- To engage with parents to build and maintain positive relationships
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential;
- To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
