What skills and experience we're looking for
Westminster Academy has a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and dedicated Head of Year (Non-Teaching) to overseethe effective running of a year group, including the achievement, progress, attendance and pastoral support for all pupilswithin their year. The post holder will also provide high quality leadership of the pastoral team and the year group, andcontribute to the leadership capacity of the Academy.
Our ideal Head of Year (Non-Teaching) will be calm, solution focused, have excellent interpersonal skills and will championhigh standards and a strong culture of belonging, helping students to develop the character, confidence and resilienceneeded to thrive both academically and personally. - Experience of working with young people in an educational, youth work, or social care setting.

- Can analyse information and use data to identify concerns and drive improvement.
