  • Has the ability to lead a team of form tutors and pastoral staff to ensure high standards of care, guidance and support.
  • Has the willingness to go above and beyond for our students.

The position could be for either an experienced teacher or for someone with less experience but with bags of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. (Not suitable for ECTs). A specialism to teach Science or RE would be an advantage. Year group will be determined based on skills/experience of successful candidate.
