What skills and experience we're looking for
Court Fields School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and Inspiring Head of Year. Teaching subjects of Food Technology, Modern Foreign Languages or Health & Social Care could be advantageous, but all subjects will be considered.
We are looking for a Head of Year who:
- Has a commitment to improving the life chances of young people.
- Has a clear understanding of the pastoral and academic support and development that enables young people to succeed.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has a passion for their subject.
- Has excellent subject knowledge.
- Will build positive relationships with all learners.
- Will work effectively within a team context.
- Is well organised and looks to plan and deliver their subject in an exciting and engaging manner.
