Head of Year (Temporary Cover) job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of Year to join our pastoral team, working 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year), to start end of October / November.
We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to supporting and guiding young people, the successful candidate will be passionate about making a real difference in students’ lives while maintaining high standards and upholding Academy policies and high expectations. Our established team currently includes a Head of Year for each year group from 7 to 11, and one overseeing Years 12 and 13, you will play a vital part in continuing this high level of support.
